high low unit

i in stall the unit and when you push pull in it works fine but when you push the pull out it does not move help?

Sounds like the pulley is sliding on the shaft, instead of changing speed ranges. Try removing the set screws on the back of the pulley that hold it on the shaft, cleaning ALL the grease off them (and the threads). Then, put some Locktite on them and tighten them tight... IMO, this is THE most common problem with the high-low...
