My JohnnyBucket came yesterday. It was missing a couple of bolts so I didn't get a chance to put it on until tonight. Even with the counter weight, it's pretty heavy to lift. I think I'm going to convert to a hydro lift next. I think everything except the hoses is still available. I'll post some pictures soon. Later, John
