Finally got one

Today I picked up a Simplicity walk behind garden tractor. It is a model V, serial # 4638 and came with a disk harrow, Cultivator, and Moldboard plow for 60 bucks. It is not running yet but it will be in a day or so. When was this thing made, and what is it really worth.
