texaswonder 0 Posted June 5, 2005 I have a '93 Broadmoor Simplicity. This year I noticed that while mowing the longer I mow the less power I have in going up hills. Is this due to the gear belt? Or hydro belt? If so is it that hard to replace myself or is this a dealers job? Thanks in advance.........Texaswonder 8)
Paul_B 0 Posted June 5, 2005 Is the motor not as powerful, or is it like a belt slipping? At the age of your tractor, it may need a new belt. In general belts aren't too bad to replace. It just takes some time.
texaswonder 0 Posted June 5, 2005 Thanks for answering the engine is great. I had eliminated the engine earlier in the month. firefoxz1 4 Posted June 5, 2005 I would take it in for a hydro service, new fluid and filter if equipped.
