725 question

I just bought a nice 1963 725, it has a model 19 engine,could anyone tell me the H.P. ? also where should the i.d.plate be,can't find it.thanks Mick

725=7 1/4 get it? lol the plate your looking for is the engine or tractor? the engine should be right in front as for the tractor I belive it should be on the seat pan right behind the seat. Elon

Thanks Elon, What luck,there's a square spot in the paint where the tractor plate "was",i needed that to get the manual,,thanks again,Mick

if you go to the "made when" section of simple tractors, you can get the model number for your tractor. Then you can down load it from the briggs site. You can get there from the simple tractors site aswell. Elon
