Simplicity hydrostatic 4212 transmission problem

My coil went out and I left the tractor transmission in the disengaged mode for two weeks until I got the coil. I Fixed the coil the engine started right up. I put the transmission lever back to engage, but it does not go forward or reverse. It worked fine before, Any Ideas ?

Drive belt in place?

Your pins may be stuck in the open position. Lots of lube and try to manually get them to move.

My drive belt is in place and does spin. I will try the sticky pin idea. Thanks
