Another Tiller Belt Question

?? Will belt #105340 for a #1690039 tiller fit the newer Sovereigns with the #1695225 Rear P.T.O. Drive Kit installed????? The belt number given is the one called for in the tiller Operator's Manual. Thanks,

I think so, Roy. That belt is for the cone-clutch tractors.

if you r are talking about running a belt for an older tractor on a newer one with the idler pulley to raise it up over the side mounted tranny filter, it may not work. Been so long ago I cant remember for sure , but it seems I had to move up to a slightly longer belt when using the tiller on a tractor with the side filter and additional idler.

Belt #105340, 96.1" long, HB cross-section, is the correct belt and works fine. The belt (P.N. unknown) that came with the tiller is 90.75" long. Must be for a shorter tractor.
