gtnovosel Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 I recently purchased a 3112V Sovereign derelict that I am attempting to bring back to life. I have been fixing the things that I know how to but have come up against a problem that has me stumped. When I turn the key the engine turns over. I have fuel getting into the cylinder. However, no spark. I pulled the spark plug, cleaned it and gapped it. I pulled the spark plug cable and held it close to the head while cranking - no spark. :( Unfortunately I have not played with a small engine in a number of years and cannot remember how to trouble shoot this type of issue. Any ideas/suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? Thanks, Gary
gtnovosel Posted July 9, 2005 Author Posted July 9, 2005 Never mind... I'm following Proteus' thread which is along the same topic. Thx, G
