Sickle bar / Brush cutter....

I was just wondering if anyone has ever mounted a sickle and a brush cutter at the same time, if so, which one runs in the center of the mount? Is it going to want to throw the belt off which ever one mounts offset? I want to do this to my "69" Landlord.

Ouch, if you miss hitting something with the brush cutter you got an extra 4' to hit with the sicklebar. That's one wide danger area. Were you not tired of that brush cutter? I've got some area at my house to clear in VT, love to borrow it! :)

Dutch had one tractor with the brush cutter, sickle bar, and tiller all three mounted and operable at the same time. As I recall he used an electric PTO clutch on the front for the weed cutter, center PTO for the sickle and rear PTO for the tiller....

West Dover. I have a small cabin on a 1 or .66 acre parcel (depends if I count right of way area) which I want to clear to make more lawn. This is on some land which was called Harvey's Pastor so it was grass before, but it's been taken over by trees and still is. 1/2 mile from Mt. Snow ski resort. Trying to rent it out for the winter if you know anyone who's looking. (http://www.rentalsonly.com/rentals/galaty.htm)
