Hey guys havge any of you had this problem. I rebuild the CCKB and got the engine running again...the following weekend it would not start....I got it to run by pouring a little gas into one of the cylinders and it would start and run fine there after, and would start again as long as the engine was warm.... Yesterday I changed out the old fuel pump for a NAPA electric one, and had to dump gas again into the cylinder....Ran like a champ my power loss problems have seems to be corrected.....I stopped and started her 4-5 times yesterday, and started he just before I went to bed, engine was warm too the touch....I went out this am and it would not start...........Yesterday I also pulled the carb checked the float and cleaned off the float valve........I dont know why it wont start on its own any ideas?

I had this problem on an engine and it turn out to be the intake gasket. I would check all the gaskets between the carb and the cylinder.

Thanks, The choke seems to be working I will double check it, both main gaskets on the intake/exhaust are new with the rebuild, I will pull the carb from the intake and replace that one and see what happens
