Mack 1 Posted July 24, 2005 Just too hot to work in the shop this afternoon,so I had some time to go through some manuals I bought a while ago.I have seen units like this that mount to the rear tire but not one that mounts to the rear and PTO driven. Brent_Baumer 5 Posted July 24, 2005 And I thought I knew of everything made for these tractors. New one on me. Wish you hadn't shown us that. Now I have to have one! Brent
JR 1 Posted July 24, 2005 Actually, I've always thought those looked like an accident waiting to happen. Never knew they made a Simplicity version tho. I've got a buddy with a stand-alone gas engined powered model. They work well on easily split woods such as walnut or cherry, especially well-dried stuff. But on woods like elm, forget it.
