boox Posted July 30, 2005 Posted July 30, 2005 I just added a 7114H with a strong Kohler 14hp 321 to the line up, and I have a few questions as it came with some problems. Item 1...the charging system is not in the electrical loop, the rectifier is disconnected, and as a result, if the battery isn't on a fresh charge, it needs a jumper pak to start. I'm wondering what the procedure would be to evaluate the rectifier to see if it is a good one, and also what the electrical values should be at the wires leading into it. rectifier is Kohler pn 41 403 05A. It shows 3 terminals, AC, B+, AC. Item 2....Do all my B series attachments work with this tractor, and did it have the cable lift for the rear hitch, or a solid link? thax for the help, I hope.. boox
JJ MARSHALL Posted July 30, 2005 Posted July 30, 2005 hook the 2 wires that are coming out of the stator to the rectifier and the 1 coming from the battery. hook up a volt meter before you start the it. see what the reading was before and after. JJ
RayS Posted July 31, 2005 Posted July 31, 2005 The 7114 has the cable lift. All the B series attachments that I am aware of will fit with no problems.
