She is a smoking

When I start the 725, it smokes a beutifull white blue smoke seen by all within 1 mile. After she runs full throttle very little bluish smoke, then if I idle her and go back to full throttle, again I have killed all mosqitoes with 1 minle radius. Any ideas what could be causing this? Thnx Herm

Hey..or Heck! I thought the engine on my Dixon was a part of my community's mosquito eradication program for about three years. I replaced that aluminum bore engine, finally, and the skeeters got thick again! Now, I am playing with the Landlord that I know needs a set of rings, and the critters are going elsewhere again. About all you'll do running it with a set of worn rings, is use a lot of oil and wear the rings a bit more, unless your problem is broken rings, in which case the bore is likely ruined already, anyway. Chrome rings are still available for the old engines, and I intend to subsidize the oil companies for a bit longer before I replace mine. Is a wintertime project for us in the sunny south, as we have no snow to plow. Keep up the good work of running the skeeters out of your neighborhood!!!
