Differential nylon pads

Can the nylon pads that the two screws press against on the landlord 2110 be changed without taking differential apart(taking set screw out and nylon plug will come out with screw)?

Doughtful, when pressure is applied from the set screw it compreses and exspands the nylon deforming it to match the hole. It'll probably be tough to get em' out if the hub was off.
