Simplicity Z

Recommended Posts

You heard correct. The Craftsman "Z" is infact built by Simplicity. However it is pretty different than the Simplicity "Z"'s. They actually mixed and matched parts from previous Simplicity models to build the Craftsman version. I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure that the Simplicity dealers do not stock the parts or provide the warranty work for the Craftsman "Z"'s. For warranty work you have to go to Sears.

Bob you are correct that we do not stock parts or perform warranty repairs for those units even though they are made by Simplicity with excess Simplicity parts. After looking at one in the Madison In. Sears store I give them 5 years before they fall apart!

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
