Where can a guy get info on a Simplicity walk behind snowblower ? Such as the year made.

If it has the original engine on it,you can get close by using the date code on the engine.

what you have dose not match any of my books they are all in the 60s

002216 is most likely the serial # it is not the MFG#. It should be a 3 digit which would be preceeded by 990xxx or it is a 169xxxx number. They switched from the 990xxx number to the 169xxxx number in 1977.
