Choke setup on 8 hp Briggs

Alas, my Broadmoor came with the choke cable frozen and detached. Now that I'm guiding the engine towards a new life (new muffler, oil change, spark plug), seems like that choke function is going to be critical. However, I'm not sure how to hook the cable to the control plate (?) that it needs to be on. The model number is 190705. Can someone post a picture? Would be very helpful! Thaks, sean
