Guest Posted September 25, 2005 Any opinions on the Johnny Bucket? Seems like a good idea. They had 2 hydraulic circuits on the Powermax. Was that an option by Simplicity? Is it easy to plumb?
Bunky 3 Posted September 26, 2005 Well I really like my Johnny Bucket ( I built my Own) and working on building another for my 140 Jd When I built the bucket My Dad thought that it wasn't gonna be useful but we have used it a lot and even my dad was surprised at how good it works.... wasmeneh 0 Posted September 26, 2005 I put one on a 124 Cub and love it. The Johnny Bucket was a very easy install. He uses electrically operated cylinders for the bucket up and or dump features. Took me longer to get the mule drive off than to mount the unit. A vey handy well made unit. If you search this site I think it's Kent that has a great article about the Johnny Bucket that he tested, his article made up my mind. Remember that you'll need some extra weight to get it to scoup much, traction is everything. Good luck Mike
