I concur with Rod & others on the Vibra-Tach usefulness/accuracy. We used them at the JD,Simplicty and Gravely shops back in the '70s (oops, I'm showing my age;LOL). They are a simple solution for getting RPMS from any "recip" engine. The more cylinders the less sensitive it becomes though. It's PN 670156 and $10.61 from Jack's, when some were going for $15+ on eBay a few years back. Resonating, Tom(PK)

Mostly wantting for checking shaft speed on snow blower, mower and such. Don't see why it wouldn't work on the crankshaft sticking out on aoo my good ole footdraggers.
