need help identifying mower deck

This is the tag on the mower deck I use on my Homelite T13S. The center spindle self destructed and I need to replace it. Problem is these numbers (0022 005980) make no sense and don't work when searching for a manual to get part numbers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Bob K.

The MFG # is 1690022. 005980 is the serial number.
