B series front wheels

Does any one know the diameter of the dust caps on the B-10 front wheels? While I'm on the subject, has anyone considered using the solid filled tire like are sold for wheel barrows and such? I saw some 4.80x8.00 with knobby tread at Home depot And started thinkin....Dangerous habit to get into, I know:)

The dust cap is Simp part # 154487 and is 1 3/4" wide Solid tires on the front or back would give a hard ride and tear up grass the same as liquid filled tires do. My advice - stay with the way Kamlukin designed it. Good Luck Paul
