620 battery cable replacement

Havent gotten a service manual yet but looking at the routing of the starter cable it appears the engine must be raised to change the battery cable. True or false?

Thanks! Was just hoping for an outside chance wouldnt have to go through that much work but the time it has been taking to get acreage stuff done this weekend it fits right in - ^!
