Firestone Tires

Seem to recall someone here finding a set of Firestone Ag tires within the last year. Thinking they went on a 300 or 400 series AC. Search found no match. Could the owner please speak up.

Miller tire ebay store sells them from time to time..I see right now they only have the 26x12x12 in the Firestones..If your set on the Firestones then keep a watch out for them there..I read on another forum something about Firstone still makes them but they only run a batch up when they get so many orders for them or something to that effect..Not sure how true that is..Folks over on the Wheel Horse clubs seem to love them..I always thought they was a little pricey for me for no more than I use them for..I do like my Carlisle Super Lugs but I would like to try the Titan True Powers for my next set

I've had my eye on a pair of Firestones new 23-8.50 X 12 at a local place but can't decide if I should get them for my Landlord for snow blowing over blacktop. Question? Is $55 each overpriced, ie what do they usually go for? And Q: Why Firestone? Are they better than Carlisle? Jim

I see these 21x11x8 tires/wheels listed on their website at $119.95 a pair: http://surpluscenter.com/item.asp?UID=2005101710154659&item=1-2405&catname= They'd fit a Broadmoor sized tractor (if the axles and keyways were the same size) but not a garden tractor... Maybe their printed catalog has something different.

I got the same catalog that Ron has. The tires were 26x12x12 mounted on wheels. Price $42 each. Problem is that the wheels are 4 lug. They would need to be re-drilled to five lug. Looked at them myself yesterday evening. Wanted a set, but I really don't need them right now.
