I sure it's MTD. Charcoal grey? I think they were sold through hardware store but can't recall which one. Ace??

No, it's red. Supposedly one of the previous owners purchased it from Home Depot.

Gray"MasterCRAFTS" came from Coast to Coast Hardware a few yrs back and were MTDs. Master CUTs were Aircap(Murray/Noma etc) but Master built's a new one on me.....I'm tryin ta find who built Lawnmasters,need a deck for one which is completely foreign in appearance to me,tractor is 300 mi away(waiting for pics)as all I have here is a rotted out deck shell :(......Might could be an Ayp or Roper :(

Thanks Joe, You are right I mistook the similiar name. If you post a pic I, or someone else, might be able to tell by the features on the tractor.
