Sunstar 3 point

I am thinking of making the 3 point hitch setup for my 1920H since only the parts are available and to add all them up would cost more than what I paid for the tractor. Has anyone done this? Is there anyone in the northern Indiana/ Southern Michigan area that has one? I would be interested in looking at it and taking some dimensions. I have the parts diagrams and such from the manuals, but I will have to take a guess at the dimensions. If this works out I may make a few extra's and sell them. Of course I don't want to infringe on any copyright laws and end up in the big house.[:0] I am a mechanical engineer and my brother owns a fabrication shop so I have the means just need an example.

I'm sure you won't want to hear this, but....You should have asked two weeks ago. I'm in Ann Arbor and just sold mine, decided I didn't need it after all.

What were you looking to do with it? The rear lift groupe is still available and you can get pretty much the same impliments in the sleave hitch style. From either brinley or some other manufacturers. If you are thinking of running a 3-point tiller you'll want to locate a 2000 RPM PTO first, that is pretty tuff to find.

Just my luck a day late! I want to use a plow and back blade. Actually the plow I already have is a sleeve hitch. I really want to get in on one of those plow days. I guess it is just big tractor envy. I will check on the sleeve hitch tomorrow. I know that the 3 point isn't available. The dealer pretty much laughed at me! Still will probably try to make one for fun.

I have the 3 point from John. Sold it to John last year for his experiment. I could be convinced but it will be a heavy shipment.
