Kubota ZB600C-1 info

I bought a 3 wheeled golf course maintenance vehicle this past weekend with a Kubota ZB600C-1, 12.5-13HP, 2 cylinder, water cooled engine. Anyone know anything about these? I'm having problems with the starter gear not engaging the flywheel.
