Guest Posted August 15, 2000 I recently aquired an AC B-1 or B-10. It doesn't have an I.D. tag on the tractor but does show a B&S model 14 engine. How do I determine what model this tractor is?
Guest Posted August 15, 2000 Sounds weird. A B-1 should have a B & S model 19 or 19D engine. The B-10 should have a B & S engine larger than the model 19 (19 cubic inches). If what you have is a B-1 or B-10 someone has but a smaller engine it it. Roy
Guest Posted August 15, 2000 hood lifts up in front & is hinge in front on B-1 . B-10 has 4 T Bolts Lifts off. I also agree with Roy, B-1 is a 19 or 19D first B - 10's had 23D . Kevin

Guest Posted August 15, 2000 Thanks guys. The hood is hinged in the front. I found the I.D. tag someone had pried off wedged in the seat. It was painted over but I could read the only stamped info as: 6012 AC. I couldn't find this number on the site though. Any ideas? Gary
