The 5 inch pulley might be too hard of pull for the 7hp. I have a 4 3/8 on mine and in 6 inches of snow its full governor in 1st gear and some clutching needed. Sandy Lake has the 4 1/4 inch pullies as of a couple days ago, got one coming with my new bearings.

Think a 3,5 inch would slow your blower down much too work good. If you went with a bigger one on the tractor and a equally smaller one on the blower you could use the same belt. I may try that on my 'new' 42 inch as I'll be using it on the B-112 which has a 16hp briggs in it.

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
