Charging Problems

Went to start Rosie today,(b-110) but it would go. Battery was dead. Ran when I last parked it.I see the amp gauge was pegged to the minus side of gauge. after pushing it to a warmer place, this is what I found behind the gas tank.

Tenants run off, running good now!:D
