Mick14 Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 Some time back ,i saw a photo of a wonder boy with a plow attached,i think it was in the Gallery, can't find it now,has any one here mounted a blade on one ? would like to find out how it was done. thank.
gregc Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 There were a couple of somewhat different mounts and sizes of blades. See these Manuals: http://www.simplicitytechpubs.com/6767PRINT/PDF_files/TP_400_1229_00_AT_S.pdf http://www.simplicitytechpubs.com/6767PRINT/PDF_files/TP_400_1266_00_AT_S.pdf
Paul Morrissey Posted December 11, 2005 Posted December 11, 2005 The blade on the wonderboys were a selling tool but not very useful. With such a light front end the angled blade would push it sideways very quickly. It did work on very light snow and did work with the blade straight. Don't even think of it in dirt. Extra weight on the front did not help. Paul
Mick14 Posted December 11, 2005 Author Posted December 11, 2005 In this area we get a lot of wet slushy snow that a blower won't throw,i just got a 42in. blade for my 725 and that really worked great in the last storm,so a friend was thinking of putting a blade on his 305 wonderboy,,just to push slush,he has a blower on his 2110 ,seems like a good idea to have bother .thanks
