A guy in Ohio is selling a 728 and he is also selling this thing. I am intrigued by the steering setup. Its well out of my price range but I have not seen one like this one at any show before - http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-TIGER-Tractor-OLD-and-Primative-RaRE_W0QQitemZ7734355554QQcategoryZ50377QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

1st -Whoever moved this here and added the pic -Thank you. I have yet to get the ebay related stuff right. The tractor is somewhat frightening. I've done business with the seller in the past. I will ask about the Tiger thing. He had ads on ebay for 11 Broadmoors and I had to question that. Only one auction is valid if anyone else has seen them-

Yes Joe, I seen them and wondered myself as they are all the same picture. First one starts at $250 and the rest started at $500. I check E-Bay every day, never know what I might find there. There was a Tiger tractor years and years ago but don't know any history about them and actually thought they where Tiger Cub?? Might be worth researching. At the homestead there is an old frame my dad said was a tiger frame. The frame looks something like that but is just the wheels and seat.

The seller emailed me back and said he also thought it was a "one of" machine but there is a guy in Texas offering big money for just the sheet metal. He has another one and says was Tiger Mfg that created the monster (in a castle using electricity from a storm). He is working on obtaining literature on it also. Its interesting to come across limited produced oddball machines. Still waiting for a Roof Palamino to drive into the yard...

Thanks Ford -That was on the money. To quote the M&M guys and Santa -"they do exist". The seller told me today someone else said it was a 1951 Tiger PTD5 with optional hood and should be yellow with a green frame (what a color combo- blah):p. I tried every which way to transfer the pic from that site but cant get it here. I think rusty is a better combo for it. Here is the link to the Tiger 883 (if it works) http://www.tractorshed.com/cgi-bin/gallery/photo_pic.cgi?pic=http;//www.tractorshed.com/gallery/tphotos/a2525.jpg&firstrec=1&lastrec=15&Parameter=tiger&mode=All&what=tphotos
