Guest Posted January 19, 2006 Would someone please provide a dimension between the bolt holes used for mounting wheel weights on a Simplicity 12" wide wheel? The seller of the dual wheel spacers I'm thinking of purchasing says his has a 6 1/8" spacing. The holes on my Sears SS16 measure 6 1/4". Close enough for me to question the seller but thought I would get a confirmation here first.
HubbardRA 19 Posted January 20, 2006 Beeser, I have not measured the holes, but do know that nearly all of the garden/lawn tractors with five bolts use the same bolt pattern. Wheels from Simp, AC, Deere, Cadet, WheelHorse, Bolens, MTD, etc. will all interchange. I would think that his adapters will fit if built for a garden tractor. The wheel weights also interchange among these brands. In fact, the wheel weights will also fit wheels with only four lug bolts. I think the wheel weight holes should be the same for all of the 12 in garden tractor wheels.
