Here is one Ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/Simplicity-Riding-Mower_W0QQitemZ7743738928QQcategoryZ82248QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem I woud like to say they were made in the mid-to-late 80's. I remember seeing the allis version in the dealer at that time.

Paul, i saw that ad too. Sounds like he is selling them at a reasonable price and an interesting project. One witha vac attachment and you would have something similar to what commercial landscapers use today. Dont know what these have for motors but probably a lot less powerfull. But the deck out in front with a vac system with debris going to the back is what they have. I like the walker mowers 26 hp motors with dumpable 9.5 bushel grass catcher and built in vac system. Those start at baout 10,000.

I had a couple of sunrunners the year before last and I liked them for my yardwork required. Liked em so much that I bought a NEw Lancer last year. Much much better machine along the same lines of thinking, though theres no rear platform.

here is a link to an ad for a walker mower. This one if 25 hp i think a kawi. some have 26hp deisel. The sunrunner reminds me of these. Walker is zero turn with stick shift. Is the sunrunner zero turn. How many hp on a sunrunner. The walker has a built in vac system. suck up leaves like you wouldnt believe. I f i stick with mowing i will be getting one in a year or 2. http://boston.craigslist.org/for/133945822.html

Gentlemen, that add in the Want Advertiser should be removed. I have both of them in my shed. The stake body sunrunner is ingood shape. Needs battery and carb rebuild, but turns over with good compression. the turbo vac sunner is inrough shape. Probadley use for parts tractor. It has a optional light and horn. I add pctures as I get the rebuild done.

i do about 10 lawns with a 48 inch exmark walk behind. i have a proslide sulkey with it that i don't use. i like the exercise but it gets to be a bit much sometimes. When the kids get into grade school i may try to expand the business. a walker will be the first thing i get. Besides, sheep don't stripe the lawn the way i can.:)

You are right they are not very good tractor - But they mow great - leafclean-up works great - and it has different size bodies for the rear-dump
