Here is what I do alot. I make stationery for the internet but only if you use IncrediMail. I use all my own photos. This is one I took at the Colchester Small Engines Show in 2005. I made the frame around it using Paint Shop Pro 8.

This is the picture posted on QVEA from Elon's post "My wife is famous" I made the frame around the picture using parts of the picture and the filters in my Paint Shop Pro 8.

Paul...IncrediMail is an email program with a lot of features in it...you can get it at www.incredimail.com...it gives Outlook Express a run for it's money. I have the paid Premium edition but along with it comes the Letter Creator in which you can make your own stationery for IncrediMail. Now the graphics program is of your own choosing...I just happen to use Paint Shop Pro but some use Adobe or Ulead or whatever.
