Correct engine color 3415H

Hello everyone, I have been restoring a 1972 Simplicity 3415H, and when I look at the B&S 15hp motor that's on it, it looks like the engine color is a light blue. Is this correct? When I look at the old brochure you have published online, I can't really tell what the engine color is. Any help/guidence from you the experts would be great. Thank you, Jorris

I think the motor should be Black in color

Black If yours is or Blue then someone replaced the original engine at some point in time with the one you have.
