Well guys, I don't know why I can't send pictures. I have bluefive resizer also. I guess I just don't do something correctly. I've been trying ever since the one picture I e-mailed. But anyhow I have everthing repainted. New bgb installed, frame backon, front axle back together and back on frame, engine installed, new wiring,rb's back on, installed some rear tailights on seat pan, wiring harness for utility trailer lights and painted wheels and put back on. I start at 4:30 this morning doing minor things, finishing up some wiring, put new oil in engine, hydro and bgb. Installed battery and gas tank this afternoon. Still had dash off. filled tank with gas. Turned on switch, checked starter and all circuits. Noticed that gas tank was seeping gas out seam on top of tank. Dropped wrench on amp guage wires, instant fire. But major damage was diverted, had big towel in hands, smothered fire. Now have some rewire to do. What would you use to repair seam leak in gas tank or new tank? dewayne

Good luck with your tractor... If the tank is metal you can use JB Weld after getting the tank nice & clean. Also Marine Tex works if you can find some. If it's plastic Marine Tex may work but I don't hink the JB Weld will. You were lucky that gas tank didn't blow up and you had something to put out the fire with! Best of luck...

Better to be safe and replace the tank. As Dave said, they are plentiful. Make sure you get one for the 900/7100 series. Those on the 700/7000 series will work, but the filler neck is shorter so it will be down under your hood. Pat

Larry, here are your pictures. The pictures looked better when sent to me. They don't look quite as good after I worked on them to make the file smaller.

The pixresizer adds parenthesis with the new size to the file name, example, DSC00140.jpg (600 x 450). You have to remove the parenthesis from the file name on your computer before you upload them, or you will get the blue disc or red x. Thanks to UCD for helping me realize this problem.

dewayne I can't tell you what is wrong because there is no indication in your post that you tried to upload pictures. Without knowing what you are doing to upload pictures there is no way to tell what you are doing wrong.

Dewayne, The pictures that you sent me were in .bmp format, and very large. They must be less than 100K each, and in .jpg format in order for them to be posted. I used IrfanView that can be downloaded by going thru the resource menu above. Once you have resized them, rename them with a simple name - no special characters. I used De9171, De9172, etc. Click the paperclip (upper reply, not quick reply). Click Browse. Find picture that you have resized and click it. It will go back to the window for the file, then click upload. When it says upload complete, click close window and it will be posted.

Hey Rod, I haven't had a chance to try yet. I'm in the process of reshingling my house , plus new carpet and linolieum throughout house. Ya know that is just like moving which isn't any fun, and you know how wives can be about getting things done. Plus remodeling 1 bathroom. So I will be down for about a week. I will try posting again when I get back on line . Talk at you later. dewayne
