Larger tires with hydro

When running a larger diameter tire than stock on a hydro trans (Vickers),is there a way to compensate? I know on a geared trans, you can run the larger driven pulley to slow things down. Ant ideas?

Changing tire diameters will produce negligible differences in road speed, say going from 23 to 24 tires. You might see a 5% difference and at 10 miles an hour tops you may or may not gain or lose a 1/2 mile in speeed, depending which way you go. I don't think it is worth the trouble.

Bob, I should of said how big of tires. I have a set of 30" tires on 15 x 9 truck rims. I am machining spacers out of 5" billet steel to mount. I could always go to a 3 speed trans and gear accordingly.

The only thing it will effect is the top speed. The hydro has infinite speed adjustment at any given throttle setting from an inch worm crawl to its top speed. You will however loose hp to the ground at any given speed with the larger tires.
