Front composter 300/400 AC

Think I've finally found one. Not exactly what I was looking for but must be made by the same company. This has a Gilson part # for Montgomery Wards. Hope to have it within a week or so and will update after closer inspection.

With luck I will just need to make this bracket.

whoa ho ho! Now that is right up my alley! I had no isea such an attachment existed? What is the principle behind it and how does she work? Nice find. That will be the new #1 on my wish list!! Wow!

I was watching that auction myself. Just curious what it'd go for. If it was made for Cub,JD or Simplicity it'd probably have gone for alot more. According to the manual pictures for the Allis tractor it looks like the one you bought is missing a mounting bracket. Should be able to make something for it though. Erik, I have a rear mounted McKissic shredder/mulcher for the simplicity/allis tractors.

I happened to have one of the AC versions. Never used it yet, eventually going to mount it on a 900 series. Any chance you could make a copy of that operator manual for me? Let me know if I can help with pics, or such.
