sleeve hitch questions

I've made a sleeve hitch from the dimensions dutch had posted(?),who uses what for a lift rod? also, does anyone have dimensions for a plow, or do the newer models (2006) still use a sleeve type hitch? thinking of maybe buying one and converting it to a sleeve, if they arent excessively different.

I used clevis pins and a chain for a lift rod. The factor rod is 1/2" diameter threaded on the hitch end to accept a clevis rod end and bent 90 degress on the other end to go through the rear lift bracket hole/bushing. Hope this helps,
