Rear wheel bolt circle

What is the diameter of the bolt circle on the rear wheels for early landlords and B-series? Any one know what brands of tractors used wheels that would fit? I'm looking to replace a bent one and I think my cheapest way will be to find a not running other brand.

Bolt pattern is pretty much all the same for all the Garden tractors using the 12" 5 bolt rear wheel. What you want to look for is the dish depth. There are some that are different. I probably have some used rims to sell if I look around. I image theres quite a few guys in here that have some.

The bolt pattern is 5 on 4½" The back spacing or dish is measured by placing a straight edge across the back of the wheel and measuring to the back of the mounting flange.

Thanks, guys I plan to look around all the repair and junk mower places tomorrow and see if I can find a couple for the 64 Landlord. I'm hoping to find some with tires on them, since my tire are badly dry-rotted. To buy new would be close to more than the tractor is worth. Is the stock offset 2" or 3"?

The backspacing on my late 1970's and 1980's 12x7 wheels look to be right under 2" at 1 15/16". The new 12x7 wheels you can get from Carlisle seem to be a 2 3/4" backspacing, which may make the wheel a little too close to the frame for chains or hydro filters or cone clutch on the newer machines. The 7790 I have seems to have much longer axles?, so it has tons of clearance in this area. I always wondered why they made them longer. Maybe to help with the higher center of gravity from the taller, heavy motor I don't know.

The 7790 is the exact same tractor as a 7100 series Simplicity or a 900 series Allis except having the Lombardini diesel engine and a notch in the frame for engine clearence.

I thought so too Maynard, but if I look at parts listings for Sundstrand tractors, the 7016H, 7116H, 7117H, and 96 up Sovereign, etc. all take a certain axle part # 2177900. The 7790 takes part # 1673798, NLA. My 7790 has the rear tires spread out further than any other Sovereign type tractor I have ever seen. I should go measure it to see how much wider it is...

On rims with the same backspacing, I measure 19" from inside rim edge to inside rim edge on a 7016H and 21.5" on a 7790, so 2.5" wider, or 1.25" wider on each side.
