Andrew Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 Ok guys, I need your great info again. On my Broadmoor 727 I get a loud chatter sound with the clutch in. Coming from the front. My guess is that the two pulleys that stack up on the motor shaft is the source. There are nylon bushings shown in the parts book. They call them Thrust washer and a bearing. They are nylon. Part #s 165089-Bearing, 165090 and 165091 thrust washer. I can't find the parts and I do not want to grease on it because it is a split pulley and you know what grease does to a drive belt.[V] Any help would be great, Thanks again. Andrew
gregc Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 I would do away with the split pulley and use part #1651566 instead. That's what was done on the newer models.
