mwells Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 Has anyone ever seen the original tack or cigarette lighter that was available for the 300 series tractors??? I have seen the cigarette lighter on cubs, but never on an Allis. As for the tack, I never new it was available until I saw it in a parts book. Also could you put a hydraulic lift on a 300 series?? It shows an electric lift available, but the frame has the holes for the hydraulic pump, like the ones they use on the B-series. Thanks
wilm169 Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 This will be one for MACK I think he has all of that done
maxtorman1234 Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 Mack is working on a hydraulic lift on a 300
PeppyDan Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 I have seen the tach on a 300 or 400 series tractor one time. The tach looked very nice in the tractor, but I was a day late in seeing it. A friend had gotten it in trde for something else and sold this tractor before I even knew he had it. To make things worse he sold this with a very nice running 10hp Kohler and a solid 42" deck for a hundred bucks. Missed out again!! Dan
SmilinSam Posted April 20, 2006 Posted April 20, 2006 A couple of 300 series I junked after parting out had the lighter sockets in them but the lighter was missing from them.
Killer_A-C Posted April 21, 2006 Posted April 21, 2006 I bought a NOS hour meter from Mack off of Ebay for a 300 series. Just havnt got around to putting it in,Matt
Charlieson Posted April 22, 2006 Posted April 22, 2006 The 416S that I have has a cigarette lighter. I dont remember if the 300 that I parted out did or not. I still have the dashboard assembly, I'll look next time Im at dad's shop. The 300 did have the electric lift, I sold it to a club member a couple of years ago. I tried to put the electric lift on my 3416 or 3212, but didnt seem worth the effort. ddh
