Rochester elevator will have an auction april 25th and bidding can be done online. Lots of Simplicities new and used and parts. Several new tractors still in the crate. Some of the lots listed as TBD are usedtractors and parts tractors and attachments. You can view or bid by going to http://www.1800lastbid.com/auction/listings/categories/index.cfm?category=806430336&ID=567 the home of Miedema auction services. I have no affiliation with this in any way, but it may be a chance for some of you in southeast MI or northwest OH to pick up some good deals.:)

Very interesting auction. I'll have to check back and see what some of the winning bids are. Thanks,

Wow... they want your credit card right away and charge either a 6% or 13% buyer's premium. Throw some sales tax on it and you are raising the price 20%. Why are there buyer's premiums?

I have delt with Miedema Auctions a number of time in the past and they are a first class group. I think the buyers premiums is because they are not cheep by any means. They are honest and run a straight up auction, no bidins, no hidden buyers and they do a good job of describing the condition of all items. But they are not cheep as you can tell by the premiums they charge.

They will probably lose 3% right off the top in C/C fees. Thanks guys I'll have to keep an eye on these.
