The PTO(deck) drive pulley off the engine on mine is 4 3/4 inches but it has no set screw. The one on my 6211 is also 4 3/4" and the drive belt pulley is 3". I hope this helps or tell us where the pulley is?

Go to the home page and on the right side in the box where it says Search for Manuals at Simplicity Mfg. in the box to the right of MFG NO: insert MFG# 1690688 or 1691035 and down load the parts and operators manuals for it. You will need Adobe reader installed in your computer. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view the PDF documents and can be downloaded free from Adobe here After you download the file and adobe opens it on the left side in the tool bar click on save a copy and save it to your computer.
