I am looking for a manual for this model Manufacturers # 990395 Serial # 005098 This tractor has a Briggs Stratton Motor. I live in Ontario so Canadian sources would be appreciated

Have you tried Simplicity's publications department? The phone number is (262) 284-8519. Any local dealer should be able to get them for also, if they are still available from Simplicity. If not, come back and post a message and I'm sure we can figure out a way to get copies of what you need. BTW, Yetmans is the Canadian Simplicity distributor -- they're linked on the Links page.

Your 1966 Landlord is past the 30 year mark for Simplicity Publications so you may not be able to get it from them. Thanks to everyone who replied I have found both the Briggs & StrattonManual and a Simplicity manual at Yetmans I am just waiting for it to come
