Brent_Baumer Posted July 1, 2006 Posted July 1, 2006 I have a "special" pulley that was used to drive a hydraulic pump on an 18hp K361 w/ 1 1/8" crankshaft. I intend to use it on a K341 w/ a 1" crank. I can probably shop around and find the right diameter or close enough pulley w/ 1" hole and keyway BUT I was wondering if there is a reducing bushing w/ key slot available I could use instead. Anyone know? Thanks, Brent
jlasater Posted July 1, 2006 Posted July 1, 2006 Did you check at McMaster-Carr? They have a HUGE variety of items online.
TomSchmit Posted July 1, 2006 Posted July 1, 2006 Brent - McMaster Carr online shows pulley bushings, but you will have to look at the sizes. I rigged a bushing in a pulley once and was not satisfied w/ the results. Could not prevent movement and excessive wear and premature failure. Tom in Milwaukee
