Hello everyone! I have a small 728 tractor, I finally got my hands on a 725 Simplicity which is in need of lots of TLC. The information tag is unreadable. The only number I can make out is 15296 I believe its the serial number but I"m not sure. I tried searching with this number through the manual archives but turned up with nothing. I would really appreciate if someone could help me out. Thanks in advance for all of your help!

Thank you guys soooo much! Thats exactly what I needed! I didn't expect that quick of a response. I really appreciate it. I do have one more questions for you: My tractor has a pull start, I have a starter generator setup from a simplicity broadmoore vertical shaft. What do I need to convert the generator setup from vertical to horizontal for the 725? Thanks again!

The brackets and many of the other parts differ. The starter/generators on the broadmoor series are smaller than the ones used on the larger tractors. The regulators might be the same.

Hi, chris727, If this doesn't work I have a 16 hp horizontal shaft briggs engine do you think I can somehow make this work? Also, would it be better to fix this setup rather than buying the generator for the other setup? I am relying on your experience since I'm still in the learning stages. I am pretty decent with the smaller tractors but I'm trying to upgrade to the bigger boys and I need alot of guidance from all of you. Thanks again for all of your help.
