I am in the process of changing the engine on my 6010 to a 12 HP.I need to change the pulleys also.Any tips on how to remove the pulley would be appreciated. Thanks,Short

Lots of penetrating oil (I use PB Blaster personally) and possibly a little torch work (get the hub good and hot as long as it's not aluminum). If you end up using a puller, use one that reaches clear around and only presses on the backside of the hub and NOT the pulley flang or you'll just bend the heck out of it. Penetrating oil over the course of a week may well be enoughf or you to get the pulley off.

I use a bearing seperator and puller, if I can`t get my air hammer to it.
