shanhamm Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 just for kicks. has anyone thought of, or installed a second lift handle for attachments on there tractor. i was thinking today how convenient it would be to have a dozer blade on the front, and a grader blade on the belly, with two different control arms for lifting. any thoughts? shanon
ehertzfeld Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 you mean like this? IT was an option that you could get. Getting hard to find. Elon
shanhamm Posted August 3, 2006 Author Posted August 3, 2006 i remember this posting from a while back. it looks like you have both attachments tied into the same handle, unless i'm seeing wrong. thats what i'm thinking though. shanon
ehertzfeld Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 Nope, in the second picture, I have the hanging on a "s" hook inserted through a hole in the frame, and the blower in the front off the right hand lever. I'll I would have to do would be to move the blower rod to the hydro lift and the mid grader to the right lever. It's set up that way in the picture, so I can use the hydro lift with what is on the back. Elon
cwm1276 Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 Shannon, they can disconnect the front lift, on the right side from the lift of the left side. Elon has a manual lift for the front(right) and the hydro lift for the center and rear on the left.

Elon Opps, I don't even know my own pictures! [:0] LOL in the first two pictures, it's my "Elon" bucket in the front, not my blower. That is on just in the last picture.:I Elon

HubbardRA Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 Some of the oldtimers may remember an ex-member who had "three" individual lifts on one of his tractors. I think it was two manual, and one electric. Anyway, front, belly, and rear lifts were all independent from each other.
