Tom_Byrne Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 Finally got the loader finished! Just have to paint the inside of the bucket and it's done. Works very well, I just have to adjust the trip bucket a little, then get used to it. My wife took some pictures of me testing it out where the pool used to be, moving some sand over. This is the spot where my new shop is going, so this machine will come in handy when the building starts. Guest Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 Tom, looks excellent. Thanks again for the help for getting my loader done. When I figure out how to make a PDF of the manual, I'll poist it for club.

Tom_Byrne Posted August 5, 2006 Author Posted August 5, 2006 Roy, you misjudge me- you think I have actual talent! >LOL< Seriously, I did not fab this loader, it's an L10 I bought from JamesK last winter. I just fixed the leaky pump, fab'd some odds and ends, did LOTS of sanding and painted. Thanx for the compliments guys!
JamesK Posted August 5, 2006 Posted August 5, 2006 Tom, looks good now I am slightly kickin myself . Great job and glad it worked out for ya. Now if I can only get the time to return to my project in the garage...James K.

JamesK Posted August 6, 2006 Posted August 6, 2006 OK tom whatcha got hidein' your part of the club ya gotta share tractor pics...
Learning Posted September 15, 2006 Posted September 15, 2006 Great job! I'm curious what parts did you fab and how did you fix your leaky hydro pump? Where was it leaking from? Thanks.
Tom_Byrne Posted September 15, 2006 Author Posted September 15, 2006 Welcome to the club Mike! The pump leaked from the shaft, just needed a new seal. I had to make a front mounting bracket and spacers, then alter the rear brackets a little to make it fit. Just lots of little tweaks here & there to make it all fit and work.
JoeJ Posted September 16, 2006 Posted September 16, 2006 ;)Well, bring it up and leave it for a week, I'll stress test it for you *LOL*.
